Pharmacol d.o.o. has harmonized its operations in accordance with GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals inconnection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
Collection of personal data through the website
Clients can visit our website without disclosing personal information about themselves. Thismeans that we do not process client data, unless the client voluntarily sends his personal data to our official email address for the purpose of providing services. Then the client givesinformed consent for the processing of his personal data if he contacts us via the contact formor tacit consent if he contacts us directly to our email address.
The collected data will not be made available to unauthorized third parties in any way, exceptfor the legally prescribed purpose. All personal data is used exclusively for the purpose for which it was collected.
Processing of personal data and time storage
From personal data, we process the data of our employees and clients who are legal entities. In some cases, Pharmacol d.o.o. is obliged to keep personal data for a period of time (period) prescribed by the relevant legal regulations for a particular purpose. If data storage is notlegally defined, then the storage of personal data is limited by the termination of the purposeof data collection, with the fact that we keep data or information of clients and legal entitiespermanently. Such data and information are found in the company management program. Wecan delete clients’ personal data at the client’s request.
Technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data
Within our organization, according to the estimated risks for personal data, we haveestablished a whole series of technical and organizational measures for the protection ofpersonal data. These measures are related to the protection of office documents, computerprotection, antivirus policies, data destruction, employee behavior rules, contractual relationswith our external service providers, periodic evaluations (audits) of the personal data protection management system, video surveillance and numerous other measures.

The client has the following rights at all times:
• the right to access data and insight into data
• the right to be informed about the processing of personal data
• right to data portability
• right to withdraw consent
• the right to file a complaint
• the right to correct and change personal data in the event that the data is incomplete orincorrect
• the right to erasure in cases such as termination of the purpose of processing, withdrawal ofconsent or in case of submission of an objection
